CARE AFTER GERMINATION OF CAULIFLOWER

Cauliflower should transplant seedlings outdoors two to four weeks before the last frost. They'll still be sensitive to cold, so make sure to harden them off carefully first. For about an hour, leave them outside, away from the wind, then bring them in. Repeat this every day, leaving them outside an hour longer each time. Skip a day if it's freezing outside.

You can cook cauliflower in many different ways, and its mellow flavour acts as a canvas for aromatics and spices. It pairs well with salty elements like anchovies, olives, and capers, as well as rich, smoky bacon and speck. Cauliflower plays nicely with cream, butter, eggs, and nuts, too. It is a cruciferous vegetable high in fibre and B vitamins. As a result, it provides cancer-fighting antioxidants and phytonutrients.
