HOW TO GROW MIXED MORNING GLORY FLOWER FROM SEEDS

Seeds can be started indoors before your last frost date, but you should do so 4 to 6 weeks before your later frost date. Otherwise, you can plant them in the ground immediately. Scarification accelerates germination for morning glory seeds, which are extremely difficult to germinate. Rub them between two pieces of coarse sandpaper for a few seconds, then soak them overnight.
