HOW TO GROW YELLOW PASSION FRUIT SEEDS
Yellow Passion Fruit grows well from seeds. The seeds you will buy from us will germinate quickly. Since Passion Fruit seeds lose viability fast, Yellow Passionfruit is usually grown from newly collected seeds. Plant seeds 1.5-2.5 cm deep in shaded beds. Transplant 25 cm tall seedlings in full sun in well-drained organic soil rich in organic matter with true leaves. You have to provide strong trellis support for vine and fruit growth. If you plant the seeds immediately, they will germinate within 10 to 20 days.
CARE AFTER GERMINATION OF YELLOW PASSION FRUIT
Yellow Passion Fruit needs a regular supply of water and nutrients. Overwatering can, however, lead to root problems. Don't be afraid to sprinkle on a balanced, organic, slow-release fertilizer from time to time. Here is a trick! For pollination of Passionfruit, bees are the only sources. The best way to help your passionfruit is to plant many herbs and flowers in your garden that attract bees. The Yellow Passionfruit can only be pollinated by another cultivar, which is mostly incompatible with itself. Yellow Passion can be grown in this way.
