HOW TO GROW STRING BEANS FROM SEEDS

Ideally, beans should be sown with the eye of the bean facing downward, approximately 4-6 inches apart, with 24 inches between rows. Soil that is moderately acidic, well-drained, sunny, and well-drained. Bean plants should also be well-ventilated to prevent mildew or mold from promoting proper development. The same bean plant should not be grown more than once every four years, and beans can be grown with corn, strawberries, and cucumber. Fennel and onion should not be planted near beans. You should water the soil regularly and immediately after planting until it sprouts. You will need a structure to support the beans as they grow.

Ensure not to wet the leaves when watering beans, as this can promote fungus or other damaging conditions.
