HOW TO GROW MORINGA OLEIFERA FROM SEEDS
As a tree, you should plant Moringa Seeds directly where the tree is to be grown and not transplant the seedling. Seedlings are fragile and rarely survive transplantation. For direct seed-planting, choose an area with light, sandy soil, not clayey or waterlogged. Dig holes 30 cm square and a foot deep. Place loose soil back into the holes. It is possible to grow trees in poor soil by adding compost or manure. Put three to five seeds in each hole spaced five centimetres apart. Plant the seeds no more profound than three times the seed's width. Ensure the soil is moist enough so that the topsoil will not dry and choke the emerging saplings, but not so wet that the seeds will drown and rot.
CARE AFTER GERMINATION OF MORINGA OLEIFERA
The healthiest sapling should be kept in the ground, and the rest should be removed as soon as they are four to six inches tall. Termites and nematodes can kill young saplings. Ensure that saplings are protected from these two dangers. The best location for growing moringa is one that receives direct sunlight for most of the day. Insufficient light can stunt plant growth. Water the soil regularly without allowing it to become wet. Plants of the Moringa family don't tolerate 'wet feet' and are sensitive to overwatering. Although moringa plants are drought-tolerant, young plants need consistent moisture to grow well.
MORINGA OLEIFERA USES AND HEALTH BENEFITS
The Drumstick Tree, the miracle tree, the Ben oil tree, and the Horseradish Tree are all names for Moringa Oleifera. Horseradish has been used for centuries because of its medicinal properties and health benefits. It also has antifungal, antiviral, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory properties. Also, it is taken by mouth to reduce swelling, as an antioxidant, prevent spasms, increase sex drive (as an aphrodisiac), boost the immune system, and increase milk production. It is sometimes used as a nutritional supplement or tonic.
