HOW TO GROW ZUCCHINIS FROM SEEDS

Warm weather is Zucchini's favorite. It would help if you waited to plant seeds or transplants until the soil was at least 25 degrees Celsius. Zucchini can be grown by sowing seeds about an inch deep in the ground and dropping two seeds in. You can cover the top with a half-bottle or use a cold frame when the weather is cold. Remove the bottle when the seedlings are up, and remove all but the strongest of the seedlings. Regularly water the seedlings and wait for them to germinate.

CARE AFTER GERMINATION OF COURGETTE

Zucchini plants should be spaced no more than two feet apart. Make sure they are adequately watered after planting. Adding a layer of garden compost on top of mulch will help lock in moisture. Zucchini grows best in moist soil. Make sure to water thoroughly whenever the soil is dry. It is essential to water squash frequently and consistently for the development of good fruits. Be diligent about watering when the fruits first form and throughout the growth period. Make sure weeds aren't allowed to grow.

COURGETTE USAGE AND HEALTH BENEFITS

Raw Zucchini is the best way to consume it. In addition to salads and raw dishes, there are other ways to enjoy them. You can add Zucchini to muffins, cakes, soups, tacos, and many other dishes. These vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Furthermore, they have high fiber content and a low-calorie count. Contains vitamins C and A, potassium, folate, and fiber. They all help prevent strokes by contributing to a healthy heart.
